Sleep: 5 hours. Had a good time watching the high school boys at DVC before this. Ran with Tyler starting from Blackwell and into St. James and around the course a bit. Went up Mt. Hoy twice too to get Ty his perfect gram shot. Fun run, convos made it go by really quickly and I felt great.
