Skipped the workout because I'm still feeling a little bit sick and I want to totally shake it before next week. Hit up Leslie and did some trails around there that I've never done before which was fun. Ate shit at one point too, but no harm done. Decent run. Might do the workout friday or saturday if I feel better and I think it's a good idea.
