11ishx400m @ whatever I want pace with equal rest. Headed to camp today hoping for a 3 part, but it was intervals so I decided to jump in. No drills or strides before this. First 3 with Group 3, next 8 with group 2. The boys were doing v02 max pace, but I just hopped on the back of the group and didn't worry about the pace at all. First one was only ~360m because I just jumped in as they went by me. Split: 1:14.1 (~360m), :21.1, :23.2, :24.1, :23, :22. :25.2, :22.9, :22.2, :22.2, :22.4. Aerobically easy and only mildly hard on the legs. Much slower than my actual 2 mile pace, but I haven't done anything like this in a while. Nice way to open up the legs.
