400m Race in 1:03.85. After the 11th 400 Josh jokingly challenged my to a 400 and I couldn't say no to that. Did 3 minutes of jogging rest then straight into the race. Took the lead 100m and got absolutely dusted the last 200m. Surprised I ran this fast with little to no speed stuff though. I guess this made it 12ishx400 in total.
