Notes
Sleep: 9 hours. Easy run with Brendan, Steve and Tyler. Started at my house and did a loop in Greene Valley. Dropped them off then did a modified naper loop for some more mileage. Should not have run as much as I did today. Legs were pretty trashed from yesterday, and I started to feel shitty towards the end, head pounding and everything. Need to stop running when it's so hot outside, I think I was a little dehydrated. Nice and easy tomorrow morning.
