(200 @800, 400 @400+6, 200 @ 800) then 2x(2x200 @ 400). Rest was 45-60 walking within sets and 6 minutes walking between sets. Split: (32.4, 67.9, 34.6), (30.5, 31.4), (29.9, 31.5). Hit pace decently well although I was slow on a few and fast on a few. Left hip was really tight once again, which was annoying, and my right calf was really tight. I think I've worn the vics a few too many times in the past week. Decent work overall.
