Sleep: 7 hours. Did Hippo before practice with Streng, and was planning on only doing 4 at practice, but I just couldn't bring myself to turn down Bird with Pat and Kevin. Far more than I was planning on running today, but such is life. A bit tired of course, but felt fine.
