Easy night coach loop. Legs felt pretty meh to be honest so I kept it pretty chill. Threw in 4 2040s from minutes 56-60 to open up the legs a little bit. I need to be more vigilant about doing strides or 2040s from now on so my leg speed doesn't get any worse than it already is.
