Sleep: 9 hours. Did the east loop from domino's, got some water, then 2 mile ave maria add on. Not quite used to weather this warm, it was probably like 75, but I survived. Also haven’t done a run this long in regular trainers in a while, but I think it’s probably good for the legs on occasion. Down week over 60 miles, good to refresh the legs a bit then back up.
