Naper loop about 4 hours after the end of my first run. Felt extremely stiff, but other than that not a bad run. Glute was tight, but not as bad as this afternoon. Pretty slow, but sometimes that's just what happens. Also saw saw good intersquad performances this afternoon. GO HAWKS.
