Sleep: 8 hours. Arb loop then Cedar Bend with a bunch of people. Bonked about two miles in, recovered, but felt pretty dead for this. Need to eat more, but sometimes I'm just not feeling it ya know. Get me some gd huel. Also did hip routine, so I guess that's technically strength.
