Sleep: 10 hours. Easy Willis wit Johnnnnny. Felt mildly gross as first, but better as the run went on. Threw on some laps at Palmer for good measure then ate at mojo for 2 hours. Had planned a double, but thought I might as well keep my down week down, first week without a dub in forever, and still over 70.
