Had trouble sleeping last night, and once I got back to sleep I stayed there too long to run in the morning. So I tried to do a track workout in the afternoon. But as I arrived at the track, a woman was locking the gate and told me the track is not open to the public *at all* "during COVID." So I went to Artemesia and tried to convert the 6 x 800 (400) workout into 6 x 3:00/2:00 but only got through 4 intervals, mainly because I tied the GoMebs too tight and got a blister on my left heel. Stomach also wasn't feeling great. I should let this heal and try these shoes again, though, tied much more loosely. If they still give me trouble, then I'll abandon them. But not yet.
