Definitely injured. Took two days off, and today ran slower and shorter. Must be *all* of the hamstrings on my right leg at their upper insertion points, which feels like it's way up in my butt and groin. It hurts when they pull against my hip flexors and quads as they extend my leg out, and a little less when I pull my leg down and back. Perhaps this is my uneven stride catching up to me? It's going to take a while to get over this.
