Glute feels fine. But I feel stiff elsewhere and out of shape generally. Last night I did pedestal, myrtl, the exercises recommended by Dr. Pribut (bridges, hip tilts, and side stretches), and sitting forward bends, and I stretched. So maybe I'm stiff from doing all that, especially the forward bends. I won't do any exercises tonight and will stretch well before running tomorrow.
