Intended to do 6 easy, but the pain came back after I turned around, so I took the tram home. Afterwards I saw a PT, who didn't find anything specific except muscle tightness, which he thinks is causing SI joint (or he said sacral pelvic joint) inflammation and pain. He used needles and a laser, which he wants to do 2 more times next week. After that my lower back hurt a lot, but it feels much better the next morning. So I might be ok running again in a week or so. To Paris now, but not to run.
