Left leg held up fine. I managed to keep the pace slow the whole time, finally. It was hot and humid, but all but the first and last about 3 miles were well shaded. Unfortunately, I had to run up the Taylor hill at the end for about .4 miles, which sucked. If I find myself in that situation again, I should take E's advice and turn down 12th street instead. Today I tried my new Amphipod Full Tilt Velocity belt, which I did not like much because it bounces unless you make it really tight, which of course hurts the gut. In spite of that, I didn't drink enough water during the first part of the run (just my fault).
