Felt better but resisted the urge to run faster and/or further today. Legs felt strong again, though some soreness remains. They didn't want to run slower than about 8:40 (as on Sunday). My heart rate and breathing are still a bit more elevated than they should be. My weight is up, by the way, because I'm eating so much to recover. I think I'll be ready for some speedwork tomorrow. Stretching last night may have helped. I'll so that again tonight.
