Notes

Walked slowly while talking to Sherri after an appointment with Dr. Ferrell this morning. He said PRP isn't likely to work on a tear as bad as mine (in the 50% range). So he tried to sell me on fat transfer instead, which costs more than $5k, vs. $1250 for PRP. Both of those are obviously dead ends. His PA said anterior pelvic tilt, due to SI joint hyper mobility and something about the SI ligament, contributes both to the original injury and to preventing it from healing. So correcting that has to be part of recovery. I don't see how I can do anything besides light walking and maybe light elliptical and/or light cycling for a while, perhaps along with some core work. But I should get moving again instead of sitting around doing nothing at all like I have been for the past week because my elliptical "workout" was too much.
