Notes

Bad idea to run a hilly course the day after a race, even a short one. I could handle the distance but had no power on the uphills. Plus I dressed for bad weather but it ended up sunny and over 40, so I was warm too. I stopped twice. No problem with the HH injury area, at least. Muscles were only a little sore from yesterday - mostly just low on energy.
