Stretching seems to be key, especially twisting and side stretches for my back. I'm also trying to bounce less, which incidentally increases my cadence and helps my bad hamstring as well. Stretched before, and both stretched and did the same exercises as yesterday after. Off tomorrow, but I need to stretch on off days as well.
