Have been to a PT in Faliro 3 times for electrocuted needles, laser, and ultrasound treatments. He says the problem is in my SI joint and probably caused by muscle tightness. So I need to stretch before and after each run, especially hamstrings and low back (by twisting and by reaching down on each side). Fat, out of shape, and weak now. But ok "running" and did some exercises afterwards, which I intend to continue doing every day along with post-run stretching.
