Writing this a couple days later because of a delayed upload. This run felt ok but still not great. Top of right adductor up in the crotch seemed tight. Had PT appt. with Lydia afterwards, so I asked her to focus on the right adductor. She said it was very tight in the tendon and down a bit into the muscle itself. It was an old injury that may be even worse than the glute and hamstring tendon, she said. A few hours after she worked on it, my whole body felt better. I speculated in her presence that tight adductors may even have caused my glute injury by forcing my glute to work at a weird angle, and she seemed to agree.
