Same repetition work out as last week, but a tad faster, rainer, and somewhat colder. 2 easy; 5 x [2x200 (200 jog); 1 x 400 (400 jog)]; 1 easy. Aimed to do all the hard running around 5:32-34/mile pace, and 1:23 for 400m. As before, some of the 200's were faster, but you can't tell because I had my watch on .25 mile autolap. My actual 400 times were all 1:23 except for the last one, which was 1:21.5. Stopped my watch briefly after each full mile. Right hamstrings very high up, almost lower gluts, hurt the whole time. I felt very strong, though. This is nowhere near as difficult as the longer interval workout.
