Haha, no workout - (a) still a tiny bit congested (but it's less running and more clay-ey) (b) it was something like 70% humidity (c) 78 degrees at 8 AM after some light storms overnight. Even if I were feeling 100% I'm not convinced I would have even tried this workout today.
Instead, I cruised Patriotic Loop and it was good. Well, okay, it was way too hot and humid, but for that, it was okay enough. I'm really struggling with how I should proceed. I'm pretty confident that I shouldn't run Green Bay this weekend - it's within ten days of the start of symptoms. I shouldn't be contagious at this point, but that's not a game that I need to play right now. So with that settled, ... what do I want to do?
