Mid-70s temperature, mid-70s humidity. First really swampy day of the spring, weirdly enough - we're expecting thunderstorms in the afternoon, so that'll hopefully wash out some of this.
Run was a 4/10 - good to get out, but was harder than it should have been. Nose is still clogged up, but everything else feels solid enough. I did see 172 on HR, but counterpoints - it was very humid and I was about 3/4 up the one grindy hill on this loop by Agora (aka one of the three notable hills on the Berbee Derby course). We'll see.
