Morning Shake-out before the drive to Green Bay
Sadly, no drive to Green Bay. Upside, this was a lovely run - planning for a long run tomorrow (12-16?)
I think my plan is to ramp up next week, get a good workout in, then race over Memorial Day weekend and turn that into the springboard for some good marathon training. There's enough going on this summer that it's going to be tricky to get the strong long runs in, but I'm excited to find out how I can do that.
