Adding this note for posterity. My left knee was bothering me on Sunday before my run. It was okay during the run, but I iced afterward and it was still not ideal. Monday morning, it's fine, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
Specifically, it's swelling right beneath the left kneecap, straight up the front of the leg. Outside of that, all systems are pretty good.
