Solid workout. Dogged a bit in the middle, but also had a few where I went far too fast. Also, something like 48 laps on my watch, so you're not getting the splits yet.
Some hotspots and a tiny bit of blistering, but that's the sock/shoe combo. There's a seam that rubs badly.
Also, I ran about half the workout shirtless in shorts. What the hell weather.
