Notes

Decent solo premeet. Roads are still pretty sloppy, but it worked out a-okay.

Goals for tomorrow:

1) Hit 4:50 for the mile. Approximately 36 second laps. This would be a PR.

2) Hit 16:40 for the 5K. 40 second laps. This would also be a PR.

3) Run my first double since high school. Of course, I did one track meet where I didn't do a double during high school. And middle school if I remember correctly...

4) If I feel like I want to drop off, give it a push and see what happens.
