First time I can remember doing 10k two days in a row. Felt a lot harder than yesterday, took it easy but felt pretty tired. almost a minute slower than last night. But sense of accomplishment to get it done. Cant believe its only a week and a bit to xmas by the way. Went to the doctor at lunchtime to have a look at a small lump on my eyelid (left) he thinks no problem, check back in 3 months to see if its getting any bigger. hmm should be ok :-)
