Thunder storms around Sydney some small lightening so I went around the block ie stay close to home. Kate over for dinner and the girls home but Ben at work. Bit hard because just back from the 3 days at the hawkesbury. Went ok pace, hit by heavy rain during 4th lap, plus headwind, got back a drowned rat.
