2759 on the clock, but i actually stopped twice, once to put mail for megan in the post box, once to fix the sound on my radio. probably lost about 30 seconds. nice and cool compared to the rest of theday. went xmas shopping with hayley did ok including getting her a signature bear for her last few days of primary school. she got a bit burnt at nippers, on the face. did sprints, flags and swim, she said not last in the swim with emily, and 3 rd in the flags i think. me and megan had a nice morning in, although marred by housecleaning later in theday. i also had a few drinks last night and stayed up late for ben to come home so bit tired. anhyhoo, hard work running but good to get it done!
