Felt pretty fresh as yesterday off. Bit sore in the knee tendon as usual, not too bad, but painful if I manipulate it afterwards for eg. icing now. Found out they want me on the bench for Saturday, semi for 6th grade which is pretty cool. and Ben, Rossco and Mark B. should be fun. might go to training tonight...
