48:48 on the clock, dodged a car here and there and carried my jacket from about first lap of coachwood and about 15 seconds till i read my time. I did the first two laps then to menai and then the last lap this time. Cool as last night but no wind so didnt need the jacket as much. nice night really clear sky, missing megan who is in cairns, bout 22 degrees there! did caringbah cnetre man upgrade today, successful!
