Megan did hockey they had a one all draw with a goal disallowed. I felt pretty tired right from the start, probably from the 13 k yesterday :-) didnt kill myself, I guess I wasnt very motivated at least under 5 per k. beautiful afternoon for a run though, bit of a sunset not much wind, real nice.
