Little bit windy, in my face on the way home of course, 13:40 odd on the way out. Shortened stride and increased "cadence" trying to avoid sore knee, still felt it a bit by halfway, but not as much as yesterday, and went quite hard I guess. nice day to get out sunny and clear.
