Took it a bit easy, with a veiw to tomorrow nights game, and its only the second 10k in the last 6 months. another great night for it, no wind and cool. Felt really good, no niggles to speak of, maybe ONE time I felt a twinge in left knee,, but slight and only ONCE. Achillies not too bad, hardly felt them at all :-) now looking forward to a nice curry from meeggie !!!
