Busy at work got out in te to do the hour and still get Sam from work at seven. Megan and hemum went to nickys exhibition and back to stay the night in bens room. Taping survivor. Worked up a sweat because weighed in at 78.1 or 78.2 when I got home but I did have a haircut too :-)
