Very tired during the day due to the long weekend. maybe reacting to mum calling me a temperamental drama queen as a child :-) too lazy to go to hockey training, but it was raining..felt a bit down but meegie convinced me to go for a run ;-) and the rain eased off, so only sprinkling during this run, and not windy. so slow first lap, but sped up as I loosened up, didnt take it to the max but went quite medium hard. happy to get under 4.46 ...ie time last 3 runs.
