had to go, wont get the chance maybe next day. went ok, quite warm felt quite tired, but good to get under 5 per k, on the clock it was 25:35 but takes a while to find the button, and had to stop cold for cars a few times so dammit I adjusted it. really sweating at the end, quite a warm day. knee gave me a twinge around the nursing home but not too bad afterwards and good today, should be fine for hockey on saturday.
