Notes
Went with Ben his first 10k ever so great effort. I went ok, and under 55 is good. Nice and cool and a bit of rain. Megan back to work tomorrow, doing and roast dinner tonight. Took mum to the sutho ent cent for a concert mozart, hayden and some aussie music, hayley thougth it was ok and Cathy was there watching chris who played trumpet but we couldnt see him :-) Eric was playing too, saw Sam but didnt talk to them...Happy to make 50k for the month :-)
