Notes
First run since last tuesdays game, been down with a bug, had half day off work on friday, quiet weekend although we went out to thai rose with morans, whites, purviss, gaye and david and keith and dancing at the sus club afterwards but still sick all weekend and yesterday not so good too. on bright side rested my sore achilles. so tonight not much energy due to sick, but legs felt fresh, although stiff in the achilles still. rest was good I guess..cold and very little wind so good night for it.
