dropped a cd of photos off an hockey, pete g, wilko and bowie were doing trivia but I went over to megans, and did the 10k. ben at work so by myself. attempted to take it easy and didnt do too bad, could easily have done sub 5 per with a bit of effort. felt pretty good, maybe a bit fatigued at the end but no real niggles and the back was good unlike last time around this course.
