ok that was encouraging. first got good news about sammy, her latest scan was fine and shes able to excercise and even drink alchol :-) then I ran 6ks at about the old pace, but of course it was pretty hard compared to the old days. No niggle that i could really identify, and so far no stiffness afterwards, did a light stretch afterwards and no real drama, yay, yay , yay !!! must try to be strong though and only walk tomorrow!!! ice and anti inflammatorys now!!
