Notes
Well just played golf with JB at Hurstville, did back 9 and got 40 including a lipped out put on the last and another close shave, jb got 48 we both got 2 pars by the way. Good fun. Did the run after ben did 28:41 this morning I was trying to do that. it was tough the wind was in my face almost all the way so I tried hard, in the end I thought go hard the last 3rd and see what happens, crossed the line looked at my watch it was 27:01 so happy to give myself 27 flat. Tried hard could probably do quicker with no wind and not having done 9 holes of golf beforehand :-)
