Don't know if I should be proud or disappointed with that one... The wind was up, and in my face a fair bit of the way. And I did 10k yesterday in equivalent to 4.41 or so, and I really blew up about 3 km into it but toughed it out. And then got about my 3rd fastest time...But pity about the blow up. Yesterday was much easier, should have put in the early effort yesterday woulda got much closer to the 45min mark...Megan in Canberra dropped her off in the morning got up at 5.15 and dropped her at school, picked up jayne, dale and ?one other teacher and dropped them at the school. Sounds like the day was ok for them, but the kids threw some food at dinner ! I hope they get to sleep ok tonight..Anyway I'm waiting for the kids to arrive back from Danny's. Oh and watched Hayleys concert on Monday night the fancy dress schools band thing, I think she had a great time and I enjoyed watching them have fun and play. and good news flexi coming up this Friday so hopefully a game of golf with jb and glen by the looks, and I can pick Megan up after that...
