that was a strange one, two days off unheard of, didnt crash out after work, went out easy ish did the coachwood laps first, then to alftords point road lights and back, went quite hard in some of the bits coming home, really surprised it was only just under 5 per k...hmm might need to up the speed training I think...Been working on my laptop which died on sunday, also megan had her first hockey game for the year on sunday for a big 4 n il win, and took hayley to a birthday party at luna park, and she had her first game of netball also for a 30-16 win and she played shooter and defence, and scored a lot of goals, her first one was a great long bomb from way out, good start to the year!
