Mizuno Wave Iinspire 8
beautiful day, not windy but a breeze, cool and sunny. New shoes felt good. Knee seemed fine too. hammy a bit of a twinge but not too bad. had a bit of a funny tummy in the morning and a bit crampy coming back in, but no disasters :-)
