since I am going away and wont get the chance maybe, off for a run. Well started by walking and walked a couple of small bits but mainly cliff young shuffled. might have had some slight knee discomfort here and there but not bad. good to get it done as I said since might not get the chance for a few days. will miss Meegie (and Milo) :-)
